Al Vom Steeg currently serves as the Senior International Director of Training for the International Leadership Institute (ILI). ILI has established a goal of training 10,000 leaders of leaders in 2007 through regional, national and international conferences. Two international conferences will be held in Brazil for all the Portuguese speaking nations and in Paraguay for all the Spanish speaking nations. In addition, ILI alumni will be leading 52 national conferences.
Al and his wife, Jane, live in Santa Rosa. With a background of missionary work in Brazil, Al feels that God has given him tremendous opportunities to work with international Christian leaders from almost every continent in the world to help them become better equipped to multiply themselves in others. Presently, there are ILI alumni in 50 countries.
