Missions at Home
In addition to supporting missionaries in the local and world communities,
- Crosswalk Church Mission Scholarships are available to help defer the costs of short-term mission trips on which our members feel called to serve.
- Redwood Christian Park Camp Scholarships are offered to those members who would like to attend Crosswalk Church's Family Camp held annually in June, but do not have the financial resources to do so. There are also scholarships available for our annual Men’s and Women’s Retreats.
- Growing Healthy Churches, a ministry of the American Baptist Churches of the West, helps pastors and lay leaders guide churches to be healthy, effective, and growing. The vision of Growing Healthy Churches is to launch a God-empowered movement of 300 growing, reproducing churches in the Northern California and Nevada region by 2012. This means doubling the number of growing churches in our region. God has already energized an incredible turnaround from 20% of churches growing to 70%! Our investment in this ministry helps other churches to be more effective, as well as helps to plant new churches in strategic areas for the expansion of the Kingdom!
